Terms Of Service
When commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms Of Service. As the client, you are responsible for reading this section, and upon payment you are confirming that you have read and agree to all terms below.
Before You Read My TOS
As the client, you are expected to be respectful, there is a zero tolerance policy on rude behaviour. I DO NOT work to deadlines unless agreed upon for an extra fee beforehand. On average a commission may take 1-3 months to complete.I only work a limited number of hours per day, due to eyesight constraints, as well as physical & mental well-being. Communication is important; I will provide updates via Trello as well as work-in-progress visuals (WIPs) but please communicate if you have questions or concerns.How Commission Slots Work
Every month I will open up 2 or 3 commission slots, usually a month before delivery. Patreon and Ko-fi members in my Discord server usually get priority for these slots. Work does not start until full payment is received. Priority commissions are available, and will sometimes change the order of the queue. I DO NOT notify commissioners of these changes so please keep an eye on my Trello board for updated timeframes.Payment Plans
Payment plans for design sales or commissions above £150 GBP are available with 50% required upfront, the second half due in 2-4 weeks. Time extensions are available, but need to be requested ahead of time.First half of payment plans are NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel your commission. Once invoice has been sent to you (the client) I expect payment within 24hrs unless agreed otherwise. Failure to pay results in blacklisting & blocking for future work. A ten percent (10%) late fee will be added to any invoice which has not been paid on time (or at the agreed upon dates) during a payment plan.Payments And Refunds
After agreement from both parties the client is required to provide a Paypal email address for reciept of invoice. All payments are only accepted through Paypal and are to be made in GBP. After the invoice has successfully been paid, the sketching and concept process can begin.
Once a commission has begun, refunds are no longer available. If I cannot provide the finished artwork, the client will be contacted privately with the option for a refund.There may also be exceptions made for a partial refund due to monetary hardship if the client can provide proof (e.g letters, eviction notices, other related income issues, etc.) As the client, it is your responsibility to commission tactfully and in full recognition of your income capabilities.Commercial Use
Commercial use is not permitted unless privately discussed and agreed upon between both the client and myself (the artist). A general commercial fee for artwork or character designs can be estimated at 50% of the final quoted price.As the client, you have full permission to repost the artwork you have paid for on social media with appropriate credit (e.g linking back to my website or social media page). Please do not claim the artwork as your own or re-distribute/edit my artwork under any circumstance unless privately discussed. I do not permit the use of my artwork in AI.General Terms - Will & Won't DrawWill not draw: Some humanoid characters (see below), overly fetishized art, offensive/discriminatory pieces, overly complex character designs, stolen intellectual property, or pieces with malicious intent.Will draw: Anthro, mecha design (or similar), feral, creatures, bara. Some humanoid characters (mecha & fantasy), gore. Additionally, I work with both NSFW and SFW projects and will accept requests to draw other items potentially not listed here; if in doubt, ask!
